Shipping & Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that certain items are considered custom or special request orders by the manufacturer, and some products are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Assembled cabinets
- Modified items (such as cut or altered items)
- Items out of original packaging
- Custom-made or special request items
- Items without the original invoice/sales order
- Imperfections or damages that fall within the limitations outlined in our Cabinets Warranty & Disclaimers
Returns after 30 days may be subject to approval depending on timing and item condition.
A restocking fee applies to most returns, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process:
- Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order
- Complete the request form with as much detail as possible
- Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 1–4 business days
- After the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns
Damaged Products
Our goal is to ensure all items are picked up or delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that items arrive damaged, we will make every effort to provide replacement parts or products as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
You may be required to provide photos to verify the damage so the manufacturer can determine whether replacement parts or a full unit replacement is needed.
If a full replacement is issued, the original item becomes the property of ProSelect Cabinets. In some cases, damaged or defective items may be picked up for inspection. Please keep all items in their original packaging until further instructions are provided by ProSelect Cabinets.
Please note that natural imperfections or characteristics covered under our Cabinets Warranty & Disclaimers are not considered damage.
Replacement Policy
- Submit your replacement request within 10 days of receiving your order via email or phone
- Complete the request form with detailed information
- You will receive a response within 1–4 business days
If you choose not to proceed with a replacement, you may still return the order and receive a credit or refund based on eligibility.
Freight Delivery (White Glove / Liftgate / Truck Freight)
The customer who placed the order must be present at delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to document any issues at the time of delivery. Failure to properly note damages on the delivery receipt may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
Important Steps:
- Inspect all items while the driver is present and note any issues on the delivery documents
- Even minor damage should be noted as “Package Damaged” — this is very important
- Inspect all items before assembly and report any issues to ProSelect Cabinets immediately
